Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Stamped app ("Application") for mobile devices, published by Pothos Digital ("Service Provider").
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or misuse of the Application or related intellectual property is prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and other rights in the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may modify the Application or charge for services at any time. Any charges will be communicated clearly before you incur them.
Your travel stamps, visits, and related journal data are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, keeping backups of your data, and controlling access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which can compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store according to Apple's terms. The Service Provider does not process payment card information directly.
Subscription status may be verified through RevenueCat and Apple's purchase systems to unlock paid features in the Application.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and policies:
- PostHog
- RevenueCat
- Expo
- Featurebase
- Google Play Services — on Android devices
Service Availability
Core features of Stamped, including viewing and editing your stamps and visits, work offline because your travel data is stored locally. Some features require an internet connection, including map tiles, analytics, subscription verification, app updates, and opening the feedback portal.
The Service Provider is not responsible for mobile network charges, roaming fees, or other connectivity costs you may incur while using online features.
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and maintaining backups of your data. The Service Provider is not liable for loss of locally stored data caused by device failure, accidental deletion, or failure to maintain backups.
Country information shown in the app is provided from bundled app data. Map display depends on third-party map providers and may not always be complete or current.
Application Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may release updates to improve the Application or maintain compatibility with operating system changes. You may need to install updates to continue using some features.
The Service Provider may stop providing the Application at any time. Upon termination, your rights under these terms end and you must stop using and, if necessary, delete the Application from your device.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
